Jason Morrissey
Co-Founder, Director of Design
Jason Morrissey brings years of experience to Xplosive Designs and Technologies when it comes to Graphic Design, Marketing Psychology and Operational Efficiency. He has assisted clients that have ranged from a small apparel printing business owner to a top Wall St. Investment Bank. His main focuses are Marketing Psychology and helping clients achieve Operational Efficiency. Jason is a Rutgers University alumnus with an educational background in business and psychology. Prior to starting Xplosive Designs & Technologies, Jason was consulting at top tier investment banks and hedge funds in the operations space, helping them achieve automation with their routine day-to-day tasks. Jason also owned and operated a graphic design company from 2005 to 2008, which assisted small business owners with logo design, branding and various print services.
Joseph Barbieri
Co-Founder, Director of Development
With a solid background in information technology sectors, Joseph has several years of experience with many layers of the business world, from small, local businesses, to consultation work for one of the world's largest Telecom companies. He offers knowledge of computer systems, networking systems, and several programming languages. A graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick with an educational focus on Information Technology, as well as Economics, Joseph's primary role is to oversee the technological and core developmental side of projects.
